Following the interventions, the business recorded improvements in several key performance areas:

The installation of the signage board improved the visibility of the business, attracting more customers to purchase cakes, biscuits, scones, birthday cakes, and cool drinks.
Turnover Growth
The business experienced growth in turnover, increasing from R495,300.00 (as recorded in the previous improvement assessment) to R523,980.00, according to the improvement assessment conducted in February 2026. This represents an increase of R28,680.00 (5.5%).
Profitability
