The client approached SEDFA Cape Winelands Branch for assistance to grow his business. He was introduced to Yaseen Kasker, one of the Business Advisors who conducted an Assessment of Company Operations (ACO) on the business. The aim of the ACO is to plan and prepare financial projections for twelve months or more and simulates various “what if” scenarios. The assessment assisted the business to
