Outcome Details:
Through the Asset Assist Programme, the business acquired R205,466.70 for new machinery and equipment, enabling a significant expansion of production capacity. This investment has resulted in improved product quality and increased sales.
The company also received funding of R2,246,181.67 through Youth Challenge Fund programme, which facilitated the purchase of two trucks and a forklift, strengthening logistics and operational efficiency.
Turnover growth has been substantial:
• In FY 2021/2022, sales amounted to R150,000 with a workforce of three (3) employees.
• By FY 2024/2025, turnover had increased to R1,153,301, representing an approximate 669% increase, with the company now employing 10 people, including the director.
