                                            The client visited the Sedfa Central Karoo Branch to seek assistance with growing
the business. He was introduced to a Business Advisor who conducted a thorough
diagnostic assessment, Critical Planning Exercise (CPE) on the business. The CPE
aims to plan and prepare financial projections for twelve months or more and
simulate assessment enabled the business to make
accurate and realistic financial predictions and develop a plan that significantly
contributed to its success.
The following intervention was implemented:
• Facilitated access to equipment through the Informal and Micro
Enterprise Development Programme. (IMEDP).
