He was introduced to Sivuyile Gulwa, one of the Business Advisors who conducted a Critical Planning Exercise (CPE) on the business. The CPE is a tool that is used to conduct financial projections in order to establish the viability of the enterprise. The assessment assisted the business to make accurate, realistic financial projections and develop a plan to assist the business on successfully accessing funding programs.
Outcome Details:
• Turnover increased from R 145 000 to R300 000, an increase of 114%;
• Net profit increased from R 71 000 to R 201 000, an increase of 183%, and
